Set against the rolling Bath countryside just five miles from the city centre, our estate offers a unique blend of English elegance and Mediterranean warmth. Guests are welcomed into a world where the vineyard is the centrepiece, framed by 360° views of rolling hills, the city of Bath in the distance, and an ancient woodland fort that crowns the horizon.

THE ORANGERY
The Orangery is an elegant and highly versatile structure designed to accommodate up to 120 guests (2026) and 150 guests (2027 onwards). It provides exceptional flexibility, allowing you to seamlessly stage every element of your celebration. Guests can enjoy a refined reception within the bright space, transition to open-air dining on the connected terrace, or utilise the exterior as a breathtaking setting for sunset ceremonies. The venue is specifically designed to transition effortlessly into the evening, offering a sophisticated candlelit atmosphere that maintains a cohesive flow between the luxurious interior and the surrounding vineyard landscape.
MINERVA WINE
A third generation farmer, Emily Addicott-Sauvao grew up intrinsically connected to this land, the soil that her parents cultivated for over 40 years to high acclaim - even granted special status by the wartime government.
Emily now continues their legacy with husband Eddie, nurturing the same vines to produce award winning wines and transforming the family farm into a breathtaking wedding venue.
The roots of this land run deep in Emily and Eddie which is why it was decided to create a connection that could be shared with couples to begin their stories here.

Minerva Vines is a venue that Beth has helped shape from the ground up alongside Eddie. Initially coming on board to offer insight as a wedding planner, Beth’s keen eye for detail, creative flair and expertise in the wedding industry quickly influenced aspects of Minerva Vines’ development.
